DPL - Dynamic Power Logic

Dynamic Power Logic (DPL) is Bertazzoni’s intelligent system that automatically optimizes power distribution between the oven and the induction hob. Using real-time current measurement and an advanced algorithm, DPL directs energy precisely where it’s needed, ensuring maximum power to the hob when the oven is not heating and strong, consistent performance when the oven requires more support.

Air-Frying Cooking
